Jill has over twenty years of experience in the construction industry with management of new construction and tenant improvement.
Ms. Short has managed a variety of complex projects including school renovations, museums, high-end retail properties and new office buildings. Roles include maintaining overall budgets, estimating, permit processing, cost and schedule control and ensuring owner’s criteria are met.
Ms. Short successfully manages construction projects through all phases, maintaining the overall budget, schedule and owner design requirements. Her approach is collaborative, and thorough.

Mike is a qualified project superintendent, with over 23 years of experience in the construction industry. He initially gained his expertise in residential construction with a developer of design-build projects, and honed them with Industrial experience as a PM specializing in large-scale construction projects in heavy industries.
Mike has extensive experience in estimating, contract development and execution, project work schedules, resolving field technical issues, subcontractor management, and project turnover. He has a proven ability to interface with customers and subcontractors, and a solid track record of managing projects from conception to completion, both in the United States and abroad. As a contractor, Mike Short has managed parochial school renovations, and green field projects including retail buildings, multi-purpose halls and church renovations.
